Vannex Return Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Service Scope
Vannex provides device return and recycling services as part of the Apple return program.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Ensuring devices are ready for shipment
• Following packaging and shipping instructions
• Backing up and erasing all personal data prior to return
3. Shipment Process
• Shipments are arranged through designated logistics providers (e.g., DHL)
• Pickup will only be scheduled upon customer confirmation
• Multiple shipments may be required depending on device type or regulatory requirements
4. Battery Compliance
Devices containing batteries must comply with applicable air transport regulations (including IATA guidelines). Shipment splitting or additional handling may be required.
5. Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for removing all personal data from devices before return.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vannex shall not be liable for:
• Data loss or residual data on returned devices
• Delays caused by logistics providers
• Damage resulting from improper packaging
7. Updates
Vannex reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
